Pemi Cabins is a collection of cabins where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We appreciate you.
Pursuant to the Governor of New Hampshire’s Emergency Order 27, all registered guests must attest that they are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. Additionally, registered guests checking in must provide a New England driver’s license as proof of residency (this can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you may bring a copy). For non-New England guests, they must attest that they have quarantined at home for 14 days or for 7 days and then tested and received a negative diagnosis for COVID-19. Approved COVID-19 tests are PCR-based (molecular) tests. Guests cannot have traveled by public transportation.
Please keep up to date on what your state travel guidelines are as often the are different than NH's guidelines.
Please be respectful of other guests and community members space, everyone has different comfort levels in regards to mask wearing. The the State of NH does have a face mask mandate.
Changes to Reservation:
Every reservation is important to us, we have a 30 day cancellation policy, if you need to cancel please call us 30 days before your reservation or payment in full is expected. Please call us, email cancellations are not accepted. Multiple cabin bookings or booking over a holiday or special event require 100% payment and there are not refunds for cancellations.
MULTIPLE CABIN BOOKINGS:
When booking more than one cabin, we suggest the person or family occupying each cabin makes the reservation in their name.
The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the ENTIRE reservation including any damages that might occur. The reservation is to be paid entirely by the person who is named on the reservation. We ask that you take financial responsibility for your cabins, there are no refunds for cancellations.
FOR ALL HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS:
When making a holiday reservations we ask that you take financial responsibility for your cabin(s), there are no refunds for cancellations.
CHECK-IN: MONDAY TO SUNDAY AFTER 3:00PM :
Currently, our office is closed. After 3pm an envelope will be on the office door for you with your name on it. In your envelope is a short covid questionnaire that needs to filled out before entering your cabin. If you are from New England please leave a copy of your drivers license or email it to email@example.com. Also in your envelope is the key to your cabin and an information sheet that should answer any questions about the property.
We greatly appreciate if you note on your reservation your estimated time of arrival so we can turn the heat on accordingly.
CHECK-OUT: 10:30 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside Cabins or in screened in porches; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $250.00 Charge results for Smoking in the Cabins.
Pets can be accommodated for $15 per pet per night plus tax. Dogs 95 lbs. and under are welcome. Remember to add your pets stay before finalizing your reservation. Guest is responsible for all damages that occur from pet, personal and property. You are agreeing that the Pet policy has been read and agreed to upon making the reservation.
Cabin descriptions outline the number of Adults and Number of Children that can be accommodated at one time. Rates are based on double occupancy to include 2 Adults and children under 13. Additional guests are $15.00 per person per night.
Guests are responsible for missing items, damages to the property, and items moved to other cabins or furniture moved without permission while staying at the Pemi Cabins. Your credit card will be charged for those damages, missing items or moved items.
$30.00 fee for lost or damaged remote controls
$250.00 Charge for Smoking in the Cabins.
If you left behind an item after your stay and we find it, and you want it mailed back, we have a standard $15 minimum rate to mail items back, though it may cost more.
