Pemi Cabins is a collection of cabins where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Changes to Reservation:
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us AT LEAST 30 (thirty) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, a $25 processing fee applies. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation IN LESS than thirty (30) days notice (even if you made your reservation less then 30 days before your arrival date) , shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for the entire balance of your reservation. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

50% Non Refundable Deposit is required by check or money order and the balance is subject to our 30 day cancellation policy. There are No Refunds. Reservations are subject to rate increases that are determined March 1st.

Are subject to the entire balance due, your cabin will be put up for availability and there are no refunds.

When booking more then one cabin,
the person who makes the reservation is responsible for the ENTIRE reservation including any damages that might occur. The reservation is to be paid entirely by the person who is named on the reservation. A 100% Non Refundable Deposit is required and there are no refunds. Email cancellations will not be accepted. Holiday reservations require payment in full, 100% of your stay, by check/cash, after making your reservation.

We greatly appreciate if you note on your reservation your estimated time of arrival. If arriving 8pm, please call to make arrangements and we will provide you with the details of where your key will be located. We ask that you come and see us in the morning or when the office re-opens to check-in.

CHECK-OUT: 10:30 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside Cabins or in screened in porches; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $250.00 Charge results for Smoking in the Cabins.

Pets can be accommodated for $15 per pet per night plus tax. Dogs 95 lbs. and under are welcome. Remember to add your pets stay before finalizing your reservation. Guest is responsible for all damages that occur from pet, personal and property. Pet policy has been read and agreed to upon making the reservation. Initial_______

Cabin descriptions outline the number of Adults and Number of Children that can be accommodated at one time. Rates are based on double occupancy to include 2 Adults and children under 13. Additional guests are $15.00 per person per night.

Guests are responsible for missing items, damages to the property, and items moved to other cabins or furniture moved without permission while staying at the Pemi Cabins. Your credit card will be charged for those damages, missing items or moved items. Initial ________

$30.00 fee for lost or damaged remote controls
$250.00 Charge for Smoking in the Cabins.

If you left behind an item after your stay and we find it, and you want it mailed back, we have a standard $15 minimum rate to mail items back, though it may cost more.

Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 12 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 100 pounds. We are happy that you are able to travel with your pet and have them stay with you at the Pemi Cabins. However, we are NOT A KENNEL. Only 20% of our guest bring their pets with them and we ask that you follow our policies. If our policy is not followed you will be asked to leave without a refund. Policies: * All Pets must be registered, with animal name, description, size and Cell Phone number. Up to date on all vaccinations and the pet owner/guardian takes personal responsibility for any and all damages and injury caused by your pet. * Pets must be leashed at all times, No exceptions. * We now have a designated walking area, we will inform you of the location upon arrival. ALL WASTE IS TO BE PICKED UP and placed in the Dog Waste Can. Pets are not allowed in picnic area. Do Not walk your pet off our property. Whales Tale and our neighbors are not for walking your pet to relieve themselves. Respect our neighbors. * We are the only establishment in the area that allows you to leave your pet while you are enjoying the White Mountains. This is if your pet is happily adjusted and not NOT BARKING. We need a cell phone on file to call you if your pet is disturbing our other guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. * If you leave your pet: Close your windows make sure your drapes are closed and turn your television on to a station you would normally watch , No Animal Planet (it has caused dogs to bark) We will call you back to the cabins is this is not followed. * Pet towels are in the office, DO NOT use the linens provided in the cabin for your pet including accidents. *We have supplies in the office if your pet has an accident. If it is not cleaned there will be a $100.00 cleaning charge that will be applied to your stay. Do not use cabin linens to clean pet messes. Cat accidents are $250.00. *Pet owners are responsible for damages to the property. Screen charges are from $30.00 to $150.00 each depending on which cabin and type of screen. Other damages are Cost of material plus $75.00 per hour to repair. * Do Not leave Food on Screen Porches, it will attract wildlife.
