We offer 14 rustic one and two bedroom cabins and two motel rooms.
We offer cozy, rustic cabins, over the Pemigewasset River with wood burning fireplaces and kitchens. We host singles that come to hike the 4,000 footers, parents passing on lifelong traditions, family reunions, couples honeymooning, granite staters looking for a quick getaway, those looking to enjoy the peace, serenity and natural wonder that New Hampshire has to offer. A small playground, access to the Pemigewasset River, two community fire pits along with picnic tables and charcoal grill stands offer you the opportunity to not have to go anywhere to unwind.

Enjoy Every Season Riverside
Every season has a reason to visit the mountains of New Hampshire. Winter sports enthusiasts, this is your playground for snowmobiling right from your cabin. Pemi Cabins is just a 10-minute drive from two major ski resorts, The Ice Castles and a lifetime of trails for snowshoeing. Fall brings hard to top foliage when the leaves are resplendent in their many colors. Spring days can be filled finding the hundreds of waterfalls overflowing with snow melt, with many just minutes from your cabin. Maybe summer finds you tubing down water chutes along a river, or climbing the summit of the Northeast's highest peak, Mount Washington! You can also drive or take a train to the top of this majestic mountain. Pemi Cabins is the perfect location whether you're simply enjoying the river from your porch, curling up inside to enjoy a fire, taking a scenic drive or getting active in the outdoors. Each cabin has its own furnace to keep you warm year-round.

FranconiaNotch State Park, White Mtn National Forest and The Pemigewasset Wilderness is just outside our door. The quaint towns of Lincoln and Woodstock have plenty of unique restaurants, shops and markets to meet your needs, all within a couple of minutes.
